Our Story: How It All Began

Seventeen years ago, Aaron Workman founded Largo Piping & Gas, establishing a reputable team specializing in natural gas and propane installations, including underground and above-ground tanks, tankless water heaters, and pool heaters. Recognizing the value of offering comprehensive, in-house services, Aaron envisioned expanding into the electrical sector to provide turnkey solutions for projects like generators and tankless water heaters.

To bring this vision to life, Aaron partnered with David Iverson, a seasoned electrician with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work. David’s extensive portfolio includes panel upgrades, generator installations, complete home rewiring, and commercial projects. Together, they established Pinellas Generator & Electric to offer clients seamless, high-quality electrical services.

Aaron Workman: Co-Owner

Arron Workman founded a gas piping company over 17 years ago, building a trusted company specializing in natural gas and propane installations, including tanks, tankless water heaters, and more. To offer complete, turnkey solutions, Arron expanded into electrical services by partnering with veteran electrician David Iverson, leading to the creation of Pinellas Generator & Electric.

Jay: Field Operations Manager

I’ve been with Pinellas Generator and Electric since 2021 where I started as an apprentice completely new to the trade. The tremendous team that surrounds me here has become family as we all have grown together and helped me achieve my current position as the Field Operations Manager. I take great pride in finding solutions to even the trickiest of situations and exceeding the expectations of those around me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 5-year-old daughter exploring nature, spending time by the water, and playing ice hockey.
